Was Built
Zephyra Group was founded by Pathum Lakshan with
a simple conviction: Sri Lankan
businesses deserve
world-class
technology and a long-term owner
committed to
building them properly. What began as
ZephyraTech Solutions — a
technology and
software
company — quickly revealed the opportunity to solve
problems in adjacent industries.Zephyra Travels was born from the recognition that
Sri Lanka's travel industry had
extraordinary potential
but lacked
modern operational infrastructure.
TourOps, its
proprietary operations platform, was
built specifically to fill that gap.Frame Glimmer joined the ecosystem as the group's
creative
and media arm — providing
photography
and visual storytelling
services for brands, events,
and the group's own companies.Today, Zephyra Group operates as a cohesive
ecosystem of three
private limited companies,
with a
shared leadership structure
and a clear mandate:

from Sri Lanka is not the easiest path.

When I started, I was not thinking about building a conglomerate. I was
thinking about solving a specific problem — and doing it better than it had
been done before. That led to ZephyraTech. And once ZephyraTech existed, it
became the foundation for every company that followed.
Zephyra Group today is a reflection of a belief I hold deeply: that the best
companies are not built in isolation. They are built as part of ecosystems —
where shared knowledge, shared infrastructure, and shared ambition multiply
the impact of every individual effort.
